[ He affirms more for himself than Allen, trying to sort out the sensation from what he's felt before. ]

I liked it. [ He's honest with himself and Allen, kissing his neck to emphasize the point. ] I think the difference is you.

[ It's funny, he's not ignorant and has heard more talk in the back halls of brothels than anyone his age should -- or any age -- and willfully blocking it out only actually blocks out so much, but the notion that could feel good for guys too... missed him entirely.

He flushes a little as Shouto explains, feeling a little jittery and lightheaded still. Allen slips both arms around him to hug him to him though in what seems like a sudden surge of affection, burying his face against his neck and running his hands along his back tenderly, just appreciating the intimate contact for a moment. How warm and solid Shouto is, and it's funny how despite the fact they're nearly the same height... he feels so much larger than him, to embrace like this. ]

Can I try something?

[ Trying, and failing, to quell the little bubbles in his stomach. ]

[ Ironically, Allen probably has heard more than Shouto himself. His knowledge comes straight from gym-locker gossip from teenage boys who pretend they have a clue. He's never been interested in any of it, so he probably knows less than Allen. The difference is he's more willing to examine the physical sensation and his feelings about it.

Maybe that's why he's a little surprised by Allen's reaction. The way he flushed and buries himself in his chest. Do you need a moment too? Shouto hugs him, rubbing his back affectionately while he kisses on the top of his head the way Allen does for him sometimes.

You know, he is quite a few kilos more than you. There is physically more of him, and not by a small margin considering they are practically the same height. This is why he keeps debating about that fourth portion, you know.

The question comes unexpectedly, and Shouto debates asking what it is he wants to try out sheer curiosity, but it's not what he wants to try that matters but that he wants to which settles the debate for him. ]

I'll start cooling down.

[ He says in response, already anticipating his response. It's not that hard to guess how he'll respond. ]

[ There's so very, very much he knows from unwillingly overhearing questionable older men that he has tried so very, very hard to scrub from his head. He's used it as a general rule of thumb for everything to never do or be, but now has to wonder if maybe there might have been parts of it that aren't terrible advice.

... nah. Definitely still terrible. Better to figure it out on his own.

He definitely won't say no to that fourth portion though.

But the response has Allen looking up thoughtfully at him, a small smile curving his lips, before he leans in to kiss him sweetly. Enjoying the calm between them too. ] Okay.

[ His hands skim lightly down his sides again, tracing out the lines of muscle from back to abdomen, and he drops his head to place a kiss to the center of his chest with the same gentle, loving sort of kiss. ]

If it's too much, I'll stop. [ It's a sweet promise murmured against his skin, fingers fanned out alone his sides, and then he drops a little lower to continue kissing along his breastbone, nudging Shouto to lean back a bit in the process to give him room. It means he has to scoot back a little too, his hair threatening to get in the way as it hangs down around his face and slides against Shouto's chest, but he keeps paying loving attention down the line of his sternum with delicate attention from his lips.

An indirect path down his chest and following the expanse of it over to the side he didn't pay as much attention to, where he hesitates only slightly. Warm breath that's exhaled a little shakily washing over his skin, before he leans in and sets his mouth against his nipple, sucking lightly. Pulling him closer into an embrace in the same motion. ]

[ Too much? Now, he's very curious about what he means to do. A feeling that's amplified when he's nudged back a bit forcing him to set one hand down on the reading nook to keep himself upright at this angle. He really needs to expand this area to fit two comfortably, not that Allen is taking up any more space than him sitting on his lap. ]

....

[ The thought quickens his blood the more he thinks about it, or maybe it's the combination of silken hair sliding down his chest or the lips against his chest. He heats up as Allen makes his way down, his lips soft and light like a feather. It makes his heart fill with affection and he wants to kiss him until their both breathless.

He does a good job of keeping still, not completely, but enough to keep Allen from stopping until he feels a wet tongue on his nipple and the contrast against the heat of his mouth has him jerking lightly. Another small gasp escapes him and he looks down at the top of Allen's head, his hair hiding his ministration but Shouto can feel them all the way to his toes. His stomach muscles contract as Allen continues to test his control. ]

It's not-- [ He gulps, skin flushed. ] It's not too much, yet.

[ He tells him, even if a cool mist escapes his mouth, and his fingers dig into the mattress. ]

[ Oh.

That gasp, the way he buckles under him -- it makes Allen's heart squeeze and utterly derails any other thought he had, gone with any sort of hesitation. A thin but strong scarlet arm wraps securely around Shouto's waist as an anchor and Allen presses closer too, chest flush with his stomach as he rolls his tongue against the bead of texture that has his fascination.

You're incredible.

He lifts his head to check on him when he speaks though, a quick look through his disorganized fluff of bangs. It makes him bite his lip a little, finding something so... raw about it, so beautiful and intimate as he struggles to maintain control, and feel a little overwhelmed. Wondering how it's possible that it makes him love him even more, and makes his heart feel so full that he feels like he might cry.

He drops his head again, taking his nipple back into his mouth to suckle on it very lightly. ]

Mm... [ You're doing really well. It's a soft affirmative hum, calm, not needing or having the ability for more words than that right now. Exploring him less experimentally and tasting with tongue and mouth more thoroughly in an even, loving pace. No hurry. Letting him try to get used to it for another moment or two, slowing down if he starts to squirm, pressing closer when he gasps, before he releases him again and shifts.

Not to sit back up though, but to press another kiss low on his sternum. Calmly and tenderly, like whispering another promise against his skin, before he bends a little lower and begins to kiss along the edge of his abdominals. ]

[ Years of training have prepared him to take a punch to the gut and get back up, but he's woefully unprepared for feather-light kisses that almost feel like a twisted training session that leaves him eager for a second round even before it's done. He doesn't know what's worse, Allen's mouth, hot and wet, or his hair sliding like a tortuous tease. He keeps himself still for that reason, but Allen's movements do more than enough damage on their own. ]

Allen.

[ He's resorted to breathing through his mouth, shoulders rising and falling with every heavy breath. If he'd had more experience he'd handle it better, but there's never been anyone else but Allen. ]

You're - [ a breath ] - very good at this.

Do you. [ He's staring at the ceiling, neck stretched up, trying to keep himself cool. ] Want to continue. Or do you--

[ His stomach muscles contract under the attention of his mouth, and he exhales audibly, keeping himself in check. ]

--want to switch?

[ He finishes breathlessly, not sure if he wants him to stop. ]

[ He can be very good at things that rely on instinct when he doesn't get in his own head, already in tune with trying to listen to people and read them. Sadly... he usually is too caught up in his own head and hesitates. Second guesses. Edits himself. Rejects his own wants. At least with something like this. But it's like a switch flipped in him, and that all got a lot easier.

I just want to adore you. There isn't anything to be shy about with that. It's ridiculously simple when you think about it, really.

So the way Shouto's breathing gets heavier and the way his muscles twitch under the attention of his lips tells him to keep going, to keep kissing him and using his mouth to find how he likes to be touched. To pay respect and affection to every part of him the same way he'd kiss him on the mouth. It's just something that clicked for him on a very simple, instinctual level. This is also how you tell someone you love them.

But the question catches him lightly offguard, and he lifts his head to look up at him. Switch? Oh.

Flushing lightly and seeming to realize their position for the first time, he... entirely loses his nerve and any idea he had for what he was doing. But he also smiles up at Shouto and bites his lip lightly, like realizing some secret and touching inside joke, and climbs back up to meet him. ]

Both, I think... [ It's a very shy and quiet sort of admittance, winding his arms back around his neck and drawing close once again, and he touches his nose lightly to Shouto's in an affectionate manner. ]

I like kissing you like that, but I like it when you hold and kiss me too.

[ Both? That drops his chin in time to see him look up and wrap his arms around his neck. Shouto slips his free hand around his waist, resting there like it's the most natural thing in the world while he brushes a kiss on his cheek. ]

I like it too.

[ He admits, not an ounce of embarrassment in his words. ]

How do I kiss you when you're down there?

[ He asks, genuine in his inquiry. He wanted to kiss him the entire time but found it impossible when Allen was entirely preoccupied and too far away. ]

[ Blinking.

He took it literally--? ]

[ Of course he did.

Bursting out into a light, brilliant sort of laugh, Allen hugs him tight before resting bodily against him. Relaxed and happy, like this is exactly where he's supposed to be. ]

I guess you can't, huh. [ Said so agreeably. And seemingly delighted, he kisses his cheek too. ]

I guess that means you have to make up for it now.

[ Do you see his problem??? The physics just don't work out unless you've got some secret quirk he doesn't know about. The laugh takes him by surprise, but he shakes his head nonetheless, not at all troubled by his laugh. He likes it, and busies himself with kissing the corner of his mouth.

Make-up... for it? He seems to ask because he's staring at him like he's just been issued a challenge he has no intention of losing, and very seriously asks: ]

How?

[ How? He was just teasing him (affectionately), but seems to consider that seriously for a moment with a thoughtful hum. Making up for the thing he did for him...

Tilting his head a little to give him better access to kiss him, his lips curve into a fond smile. Lightly playful, but happy and content more than anything. ]

Show me how you feel for me too.

[ One day, you'll learn, Allen. One day. He is not a man to be teased.

He goes very still at that. Taking it entirely to heart. His eyes stray to the manila envelope, then back to Allen. A furtive glance at the pile of clothes. He thought he'd shown him. ]

How I feel about you.

[ He repeats, testing the words. He watches him silently for a solid minute, serious in his demeanor, while he comes to a decision. ]

I need to sit up first.

[ The way they were wouldn't do. Careful in his movements, he settles his back against the wall for support, bringing Allen with him with an arm wrapped around his lower back.

Free to use both hands, Shouto presents them to Allen, palm up. To show him. ]

These are the only scars I treasure.

They remind me of you. If I wake up tomorrow to find you gone, I will always have a piece of you with me.

[ One day maybe he'll realize when he teases him... .... maybe.

For now, Allen's thoroughly baffled though the moment that he says he needs to sit up. It catches him a little uncharacteristically off balance, though he scrambles a bit to oblige him and follows the direction of that arm around his waist. And he doesn't get it at first when Shouto presents him with both palms, blinking again -- until he explains.

Then his expression falls. Not in dismay, but in realization and it becomes so very gentle. So very fragile. Oh.

Well now he feels like a heel. ]

Shouto...

[ Carefully, he reaches out to take his hands. So he can bend to kiss them very softly, first one palm-- ]

... I was trying to encourage you and say "now it's your turn to touch me too..." [ a kiss to the other palm ] ...but I think I went about it all wrong.

[ He pauses then, nuzzling against his hands faintly as he turns the sentiment over in his mind. The conflict from the guilt he has over that still with the overwhelming sweetness of that sentiment leaving his stomach in a small knot. ]

I'm sorry, I know how you feel.

[ Though the degree to which, it keeps catching him offguard and stunning him. ]

Oh...

[ He looks a little stunned by that admission, which for him, barely registers as more than a slow blink and a subtle shift in his expression. ]

You don't need to apologize. [ He says, still a little stunned and going over his request in his mind to figure out where he'd gone wrong. ] I'm the one who misunderstood.

[ His gaze flickers back up at him, quiet silver eyes through white lashes, and he smiles gently then. Affectionately, and shakes his head slightly. ]

It's alright. [ He reaches to pull some of the hair from his face then, and leans in to kiss his brow sweetly. Appreciating the lull and the moment between them even if it happened by accident. ]

I learned a little more about you.

[ He pouts to himself. He didn't learn anything about him. ]

You want me to touch you.

[ He tries to get back on track as Allen kisses his brow. His brows crinkle, and his eyes close instinctively, thoroughly distracted. ]

His arms cross lightly behind his neck, back arched artfully and kissing his nose this time. ]

Yes.

Or I'll start kissing you again. [ a challenge thrown ]

[ His eyes narrow slightly at that 'challenge'. Are you... trying to trick him? ]

You're not a very good motivator.

[ He finally decides, chiding him. ]

You're not supposed to threaten me with what I want.

[ Clearly, Allen was just not good at this. This time, he understands his directive and plants a kiss on his nose for good measure. ]

You should work on that.

[ How mean.

He smiles wide at the kiss to his nose though, taking the opportunity to bump Shouto's lightly with his own playfully. Peaceably, even if he is chiding him over something he isn't even getting. ]

Maybe I just like kissing you.

[ Now, that's a proper challenge. ]

It's my turn now.

[ To prove his point, he kisses him squarely on the mouth. ]

And I don't miss.

[ Did you just imply...!

Any sputter he might have had is smothered by the kiss, but Allen's just fine with that. There's an appreciative hum instead that he kisses him again, and he relaxes into it and him, letting Shouto take the lead. Sweet and a little needy -- even if he tries to catch his lower lip in a playful sort of nibble then. ]

When have I ever missed. [ There's a playful flash in his grey eyes, a soft and slow kind of relaxed smile. ]

[ Feeling a little reckless, the next one comes in the form of a winter kiss. Slanting his mouth against his, he takes his time heating up until it's a molten heat, drawing back from the kiss to release the steam filling his lungs. ]

In my nightmare. [ It drifts between them, white like the cold mist against the cool night air. ] When we found my coffin.

[ And a sleeping Prince within, surrounded by blue flowers drinking up the moonlight. ]

[ That's cheating and has Allen clinging back in response, a note of surprise and appreciation both caught in the back of his throat and smothered by the kiss as it catches him offguard and quickly numbs his mouth. His fingers dig into Shouto's hair with more force than usual, encouraging to kiss him more deeply as it warms, even if the intensity and heat of it quickly steals his breath and leaves him panting lighting when he draws back.

It's his favorite, reminding him of the first time they ever truly kissed. But that answer makes him blink, quickly realizing the time he's talking about. ]

The first time... [ He stares in some dumbfounded fascination, the steam dissipating into the air around them. ] I didn't miss.

[ He leans in to nip a quick, soft to his ear. Catching the lobe in his teeth and rolling it gently between them. ]

I kissed you exactly where I wanted to.
